6 Signs You Are Not A Couple Anymore…You’re Just Roommates

Long-term relationships have their ups and downs, as anyone who’s been in one knows. Dating someone while living apart is not the same as living together. When you live apart, you choose when to spend time with each other. You spend a lot of your daily life apart, though. Things change when you move in together. Right now, you and your partner live your daily lives together. Over time, that’s sometimes all it feels like you’re doing: living together in the same house but having different lives, like roommates. Here are six signs that your partner isn’t the person you love as much as they used to be. c You and your partner may look more like roommates than lovers. If you’re still not sure, here are six signs that this is the case. 1. Loss of close physical contact They are a young gay LGBTQ couple who are having relationship problems and fight at home. Intimacy and physical affection are important parts of a healthy partnership. If the amount of physical closeness between you and your partner has gone down, it could mean that they see you more as a friend than a lover. Stress, illness, or changes in lifestyle are some of the things that can cause a lack of physical intimacy. However, it can also mean that you or your partner have lost interest in a love relationship. 2. Your lives are different. A couple at home is upset. A handsome man and a pretty young woman are not getting along. Sitting on the couch together. Issues with family. I can’t believe this is making us fight again. If you and your partner don’t spend much time together or feel like you have different lives, it could mean that they see you more as a roommate than a partner. It’s normal to have different hobbies and interests, but if you and your partner don’t do anything together or spend quality time together, it can make you feel lonely in the relationship. You and your partner should do more together than just say goodbye and goodnight every morning and evening. 3. Not getting enough love and attention A pretty African American girl is hugging her beautiful boyfriend and sad-looking at the camera. She is alone on a white background. A loving relationship needs both people to show love and pay attention to each other. If your partner stops showing love by kissing, hugging, holding hands, or giving you attention, it could mean that they see you more as a roommate than a romantic partner. This can lead to feelings of being rejected and alone. 4. You don’t show how you feel. A sad couple is lying on the couch. It’s important for a healthy connection that you both share your feelings with each other. If you and your partner have stopped talking about your feelings or experiences, it could mean that you see each other more as roommates than as a love partner. In the same way, if you’re scared to tell your partner how you feel, do it anyway. Sharing your feelings with someone can help you feel supported and understood, and it can also help you build a stronger emotional bond. 5. Lack of Drive Life on the web. Focused young couple who are addicted to the internet spending their free time apart sitting on the couch at home and using their phones to shop, chat, or browse the web. Passion in a relationship can be shown through the body and the mind. If you think your partner no longer cares about you or the relationship, it could mean that they see you more as a friend than a lover. When there isn’t enough passion, there may be less sexual action or sexual intimacy that feels routine and dull. 6. You no longer talk to each other After a fight over lunch at a coffee shop, two unhappy homosexuals didn’t talk to each other: the sad redhead woman was feeling alone while her African girlfriend sat next to her and used her cell phone. A good relationship depends on both people being able to talk to each other. The way two people talk to each other can show what kind of relationship they have and how deep it goes. You and your partner may not be talking to each other as much as lovers do, where they share their hopes and dreams, plan for the future, or show love and respect. If you don’t talk about important things or dream about your future together, it’s a strong sign that something is wrong. What are you going to do? Being honest with your partner and yourself is the first thing you need to do. You and your partner may need to have an open and honest talk about what you want from the relationship if you think it has turned into more of a friendship than a relationship. Communication is also very important in a good relationship, so make sure that both people feel heard and understood when you do talk about these things. After that, you can make a plan for what you both need to get your relationship going again. It could be setting up regular date nights. You might want to find out why one or both of you no longer wants to be personal with each other. Therapy, both one-on-one and with a partner, can also help a lot here. After figuring out what needs to change for your relationship to get better, you should do something about it. Making time for you and your partner to work through these problems together is important. This could mean going to therapy or just talking about things when they come up. Also, it means being honest about how you feel about the relationship in general. After this, you can decide if the relationship is worth keeping going or if you both want to move on without each other. Remember that both people in a … Read more

Sweetness Overload: A 24-year-old man with over 100 tattoos gets rid of them all for his daughter’s sake.

One of the most well-known writers in Australia is Ethan Modboy Bramble. He’s 24 years old and can’t be missed on the street. He has a split tongue, changed ears, black eyes, enlarged nostrils, a sewn-in navel, and tattoos on 95% of his body, so even people who don’t care about him are drawn to him. c The young man seemed to want to change his body in any way possible, probably because he had a huge mind and modern plastic surgery has a lot of options. Ethan and his wife had a girl, which caused a sudden change in his view of the world. That’s when the heiress showed up and woke up the blogger, making him look at his appearance more closely. He was determined to do everything that was needed to get his body back to how it was before, even though it would cost him a lot of money and cause him a lot of pain and suffering. The famous Australian is now seeing repeat tattoo artists, but each time he goes, more and more light spots appear on his body. Maybe when the daughter is older, the loving dad will be able to show the baby through a picture how strange he looked before.

Melania Snubs Jill Biden’s White House Invitation – Here’s Why She’s Breaking Tradition Again!

Melania Trump expected to skip Wednesday White House meeting with Jill Biden. c Melania Trump is not expected to attend the traditional White House meeting with first lady Jill Biden, sources familiar with her plans said. It’s a decision that underscores Melania Trump’s long-held willingness to buck tradition as she prepares to retake the high-profile – but unelected – role of first lady, one with no manual and an automatic global platform. The sources cited a prior scheduling conflict for the former first lady related to her newly released memoir. One source said the decision had not been finalized. Jill Biden extended Melania Trump the customary invitation last week as her husband also invited the president-elect to the Oval Office, a symbolic gesture to show the country and the world that there will be a peaceful transition of power – and an implicit rebuke of Donald Trump, who refused Joe Biden the same meeting in 2020 as he contested that election’s results. The two are set to meet Wednesday at 11 a.m., according to the White House. There was discussion about encouraging Melania Trump to come to Washington for the meeting, as some members of the president-elect’s team felt it was important. But the incoming first lady, who spent her first four years in office redefining the role and what was expected, is laying an early marker indicating she will have even more autonomy the second time around. Aside from 2020, it has been tradition for the current first lady to host the incoming first lady at the White House. In 2016, then-first lady Michelle Obama hosted Melania Trump for tea in the White House’s Yellow Oval Room and took her on a tour of the private residence.

Trump Chooses TV Personality Pete Hegseth for Pentagon’s Top Job

Trump Chooses TV Personality Pete Hegseth for Pentagon’s Top Job President-elect Donald Trump stunned the Pentagon and the broader defense world by nominating Fox News host Pete Hegseth to serve as his defense secretary, tapping someone largely inexperienced and untested on the global stage to take over the world’s largest and most powerful military. c The news was met with bewilderment and worry among many in Washington as Trump passed on a number of established national security heavy-hitters and chose an Army National Guard officer well known in conservative circles as a co-host of Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends Weekend.” While some Republican lawmakers had a muted response to the announcement, others called his combat experience an asset or said he was “tremendously capable.” Hegseth’s choice could bring sweeping changes to the military. He has made it clear on his show and in interviews that, like Trump, he is opposed to “woke” programs that promote equity and inclusion. He also has questioned the role of women in combat and advocated pardoning service members charged with war crimes. The 44-year-old Hegseth, a staunch conservative who embraces Trump’s “America First” policies, has pushed for making the military more lethal. During an interview on “The Shawn Ryan Show” podcast, he said allowing women to serve in combat hurts that effort. “Everything about men and women serving together makes the situation more complicated, and complication in combat, that means casualties are worse,” Hegseth said. And while he said diversity in the military is a strength, he said it was because minority and white men can perform similarly but the same isn’t true for women. By opening combat slots to women, “we’ve changed the standards in putting them there, which means you’ve changed the capability of that unit,” Hegseth said in the podcast interview. Since then-Defense Secretary Ash Carter opened all combat roles to women in 2016, women have successfully passed the military’s grueling tests to become Green Berets and Army Rangers, and the Naval Special Warfare’s test to serve as a combatant-craft crewman — the boat operators who transport Navy SEALs and conduct their own classified missions at sea. While Trump lauded Hegseth as “tough, smart and a true believer in America First,” others were quick to point to the TV personality’s lack of experience. Some suggested he could be Pentagon chief in name only as the Trump White House runs the department. A number of other names floated as possible defense choices had included Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Ala., chairman of the House Armed Services Committee; retired Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg; Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa; and Robert Wilkie, a former Pentagon official who was head of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Trump’s first term. “There is reason for concern that this is not a person who is a serious enough policymaker, serious enough policy implementer, to do a successful job,” said Rep. Adam Smith of Washington, the ranking Democrat on the House Armed Services Committee. Mark Cancian, a senior adviser at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, said Hegseth’s lack of senior national security experience makes it more difficult to get Senate confirmation. “I think Trump was tired of fighting with his secretaries of defense and picked one who would be loyal to him,” Cancian said. Military officials said the choice came out of the blue. A senior military officer, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to talk to the media, said Hegseth’s selection is raising concerns about whether he has the practical experience to manage a large department with an enormous budget. The Defense Department has a budget exceeding $800 billion, with about 1.3 million active-duty troops and another 1.4 million in the National Guard, Reserves and civilian employees based worldwide. If confirmed, Hegseth would face a daunting array of global crises, from the wars in the Middle East and Ukraine and the expanding alliance between Russia and North Korea to the growing competition with China. There is also the need to upgrade the complex U.S. missile and nuclear defense apparatus and ensure the defense industry can keep up with America’s need for weapons systems. Smith said that while Hegseth’s combat experience is a plus, running the Pentagon requires a lot of other skill sets, and his nomination will need some time for consideration. “What’s your plan? What are you going to do? … How can you assure us that that lack of experience, you know, isn’t going to make it impossible for you to do the job?” Smith said. “I think those are questions that need to be answered over the next couple of months.” Even some Republicans in the Senate, who would vote on his nomination, had a subdued response. North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis called the choice “interesting.” Indiana Sen. Todd Young, who served in the Marine Corps, said, “I don’t know much about his background or his vision, so I look forward to learning more.” North Dakota Sen. John Hoeven said he’s not surprised that Trump chose Hegseth because Trump is “close to him and likes him and trusts him.” “The guy’s obviously tremendously capable, a great communicator,” Hoeven said. “I look forward to getting to know him better.” House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., said Hegseth brings a lot to the table and will be “reform-minded in the areas that need reform.” Hegseth has been a contributor since 2014 for Fox News, developing a friendship with Trump, who made regular appearances on his show. He is the author of “The War on Warriors: Behind the Betrayal of the Men Who Keep Us Free.” “With Pete at the helm, America’s enemies are on notice — Our Military will be Great Again, and America will Never Back Down,” Trump said in a statement. “Nobody fights harder for the Troops, and Pete will be a courageous and patriotic champion of our ‘Peace through Strength’ policy.”
